Amélie Baillargeon

As a licensed Naturopath (ND) and certified yoga teacher, I am passionate about healthy eating, natural health and physical and mental well-being. Since a long time, I'm taking care of my own health by practicing yoga on a regular basis, as well as a mix of pilates, cardio and fitness training. I also craft my own 100% organic, essential oil-infused natural products, including handmade artisan soaps and home products such as a disinfectant cleaner and room sprays.

Having experienced eating and anxiety disorders myself for several years, I have consulted several health professionals, including a nutritionist, a psychologist and a naturopath, in order to take control of my life. Now completely cured and convinced that functional naturopathy is a promising complementary approach to medicine, I have completed a certification in general naturopathy, as well as a certification as a yoga teacher to help others better manage their health.

I also hold a Master of Science in Information Technology (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and currently work for Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada. My holistic health services are offered weeknights (3pm to 9pm) and Saturdays (10am to 5pm), in both English and French, by videoconference.
